To our home we go...

We made it to Soldotna and bought grocerys and headed to Ninilchik. We got home and had our first visiter, Cheri. We unpacked the trailer well at least our beds and clothes. The next day we spent unpacking and sorting. Not a fun task. Oh our cats made the whole trip with no problems. YEA! Ok everyone Pictures will have to come later I can't quit figure this computer out. But I will get on the laptop and do it. e you all.

And the trip goes on...

Well the traveling has gotten very borring by now. The boys are bored and starting to fight and Chuck and I are very tired of the same trees. We made it though the rough roads on the highway and after other stops and stays we got to Whitehorse YK. For dinner we went to KFC well these canadians think that french fries and gravy go with potato salad and chicken. YUCK!!!!
We made it back into the US. and got to Anchorage. We stayed the night there even though we could have made it home. We shopped for winter clothes and other house hold needs that we left behind. For dinner we ordered KFC which was the right way, potatos and gravy and coleslaw with the chicken. YUM YUM.

Up and over some passes...

We traveled on and on to Edmonton. We checked in to a hotel at 9:30 pm and grabed something to eat and then slepted. The next morning we got up and headed to the famous Edmonton Mall. WOW!!! That place is huge. We spent about 1 hour there and didn't even see 1/4th of it. We did see the Ice rink, Wave pool and WWater slides, Indoor theme park. Sea lion show and the large Pirate Ship. After that grand adventure we headed back to the hotel packed up and headed out. We traveled to Grande Praire and stopped for a bit. Then on to Fort St John, were we got a room for the night. It snowed over night and we were very excited to see snow.

Rewind to our trip....

We left on Saturday the 3rd of November around 8:30pm. We reached Bonners and decided we had to much weight in the trailer. So we slepped there and called David and Darcie in the morning. They came and helped us unload about 1/2 of our stuff and re pack the trailer. We did end up giving lots of stuff to then, heavy stuff. We finally got on the road about 1:30 pm and headed to Canada. We got as far as Cranbrook and were so tired we got a hotel room and relaxed. Oh going through the border was a piece of cake. In Cranbrook we shpped at Walmart and eat at Arby's. Then we swam and slept. Early the next morning we packed up and headed out.

Some stuff to tell you all about.

Well for starters, the house we live is very small and cozy. We have wood heat and I am loving it. We have a big yard for the boys and a big garage for Chuck. The town we live in is Ninilchik. It is very small, but very small. It dose grow alot in the summer because there is about 70 fishing charter companys here. No dollar store and that makes me sad, but I guess I can live with it. I did just find out that we do have a library, YEA! We are right on the Ocean (Cook Inlet) and that it is a beautiful drive either to Homer or to Kenia. I can't wait to go fishing.
