Bad ankle!
Yesterday the boys and I went out on our walk and half way through I stepped wrong and rolled my ankle. It sounded like I ripped and tore it or broke it. It is now nice and black, blue, purple and a little red. Swollen very big and hurts bad. Of course it is the same ankle I ripped up when I was younger. Oh well life goes on and it will heal.
